Silverstar Nutrition Vegan Plant Based Protein Review and Product Description

 

Silverstar Nutrition plant-based Vegan protein certainly follows the company’s principles of being pure, simple, and clean.  It is certainly the cleanest vegan protein I have found on the market to date.

Vegan – as it is titled is comprised mainly of a pea protein isolate and complimented with organic hemp protein and Sacha Inchi Protein.

Pea Protein Isolate is sourced from yellow split peas because it is hypoallergenic and naturally gluten free. Pea Protein Isolate is also formulated to be low in carbohydrates, giving you less of what you don’t want. Lastly, Pea Protein Isolate has a high concentration of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), which are the essential building blocks of protein and necessary for protein synthesis and reducing of muscle breakdown.

Hemp protein is easily digestible and contains 20 different amino acids, 9 of which are essential amino acids (amino acids that the body cannot produce on it’s and need to be obtained from the diet). Hemp protein is also extremely environmentally friendly for those that are a little extra eco-conscious.

Sacha Inchi protein comes from a shrub plant grown mostly in the Amazon and has been used as a food source for more than 3000 years. Sacha Inchi makes a good protein source because it contains all 9 essential amino acids and is also rich in Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids.
