Steam BCAA makes both a great intra-workout drink or a quick recovery drink. On top of the 6g of BCAAs Rivalus created a comprehensive formula that includes a generous dose of vitamin B6 for energy along with electrolytes (sodium and potassium) for maximum hydration.
