Pro Tip: There is a sticker on the top of the tub of Pre-Fo Extreme Concentrated Pre-Workout that Advises the user to store the product in the freezer after opening. The folks at JMFN strongly advise that this is followed. I chose to ignore it with my first tub of Pre-Fo and it became hard and clumpy (harder than normal).  It certainly won’t make it go bad, it was still good, but it made it harder to scoop out and get the right measurement of the appropriate serving size.

Directions: Mix 1 scoop in 250ml (8oz) of water and consume 15 – 30 minutes before training.  Store in freezer after opening.
